Half Mechanic Monster

Notice the human arms between the monster arms? There’s actually a human down there. This half mechanic monster has a digestive system with mouths at both ends. Whenever the monster eats, faeces will come out from the human’s mouth. Since the shape of the monster’s arms make it difficult reach food, the human end has to do the feeding in order to keep the whole organism survives. The conflict is more the human feed, literally, more shit come out from the human’s mouth.
